Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, <br />P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Resolution <br />9168, establishing Municipal state Aid Highways and <br />Revoking Municipal state Aid streets, be adopted. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, P. Johnson seconded, that Resolution RESOLUTION <br />9169, Concurring with Proposed 1995 County/City Turn- 9169 <br />backs, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: wiski, P. <br />Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the Mayor and <br />City Manager be authorized to sign a Fire Dispatching <br />Agreement with the City of st. Paul with the condition <br />that all legal issues regarding the Agreement be <br />resolved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, P. Johnson, <br />Mastel, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />FIRE <br />DISPATCHING <br />SERVICES <br /> <br />The meeting was recessed at 6:15 p.m. for a supper break. <br /> <br />The meeting was reconvened at 7:15 p.m. <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS, RECOGNITIONS, AND PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />Mr. otto Bonestroo, CEO of Bonestroo, Rosene and <br />Anderlik, presented a check for $2,000 to the city of <br />Roseville in support of the World Bandy Championships <br />that were held at the OVAL. <br /> <br />Thornton Gable, 1200 W. Laurie Road, stated his <br />feelings and concern on the lack of affordable senior <br />housing in Roseville. Council Member Pat Johnson <br />stated there were three projects being looked at that <br />may address these concerns. <br /> <br />Dick Houck, 1133 Roselawn, gave his comments on <br />signage sponsors at the OVAL and "challenged the <br />Council to live by their own rules" regarding the Sign <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />BONESTROO, <br />ROSENE AND <br />ANDERLIK <br /> <br />THORNTON <br />GABLE <br /> <br />DICK HOUCK <br /> <br />F-4 Rick Poeschl, 1602 N. Ridgewood Lane, commented on his RICK POESCHL <br />opposition of a pathway from Aldine to Ridgewood Lane. <br />
