<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9167,
<br />awarding a construction contract for city Project ST-
<br />95-07, construction of ponds, American Legion Park, to
<br />Arnt Construction in the bid amount of $64,470 be
<br />adopted, with the condition that proper DNR and EQB
<br />approvals are secured, and that construction occur
<br />during the 1995/1996 winter. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski,
<br />P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />9168, establishing Municipal state Aid Highways and
<br />Revoking Municipal state Aid streets, be adopted.

<br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the Mayor and
<br />City Manager be authorized to sign a Fire Dispatching
<br />Agreement with the City of st. Paul with the condition
<br />that all legal issues regarding the Agreement be
<br />resolved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, P. Johnson,
<br />Mastel, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />COMMUNICATIONS, RECOGNITIONS, AND PUBLIC COMMENTS
<br />Mr. otto Bonestroo, CEO of Bonestroo, Rosene and
<br />Anderlik, presented a check for $2,000 to the city of
<br />Roseville in support of the World Bandy Championships
<br />that were held at the OVAL.
<br />
<br />Thornton Gable, 1200 W. Laurie Road, stated his
<br />feelings and concern on the lack of affordable senior
<br />housing in Roseville. Council Member Pat Johnson
<br />stated there were three projects being looked at that
<br />may address these concerns.
<br />
<br />Dick Houck, 1133 Roselawn, gave his comments on
<br />signage sponsors at the OVAL and "challenged the
<br />Council to live by their own rules" regarding the Sign
<br />Ordinance.
