<br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the Roseville
<br />Lutheran Church request to withdraw their application
<br />for a fill permit be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski,

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that City Project
<br />95-02, Neighborhood 44, Acorn Road, be built to a
<br />width of 24 feet with an S style curb measured from
<br />back of curb to back of curb. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />Increment Financing Policy dated April 10, 1995, be
