<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution
<br />9183, requesting a variance from state design
<br />standards for the overlay of civic Center Drive, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Goedeke,
<br />wiski, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the addition
<br />of office walls at the License Bureau, to improve
<br />space utilization for the Fire Department, voter
<br />machine setup and training, and general City
<br />conference space, be done by firefighters at a cost
<br />not to exceed $2,000, to be funded from the Fire
<br />Department Budget. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson,
<br />Goedeke, wiski, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS
<br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the City
<br />Council 1995 Standing Rules of Procedure, Rule 1, be
<br />amended to change the work session on the third Monday
<br />of each month to begin at 5:30 p.m. instead of 5:00
<br />p.m., which would then read as follows:

<br />Reqular Meetinqs.
<br />
<br />Regular meetings of the Council shall be held at the
<br />City Hall on the second and fourth Mondays of each
<br />month at 5:30 p.m. Regular work sessions of the
<br />Council shall be held on the first Tuesday of each
<br />month at 7:30 a.m. and on the third Monday of each
<br />month at 5:30 p.m. Such meetings may be rescheduled,
<br />from time to time, when scheduling conflicts occur.

<br />Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
