<br />Agreement with Independent School District No. 623,
<br />for partial financing in the form of a loan to
<br />renovate ball fields at the Central Park School site,
<br />and directing the Mayor and City Manager to sign on
<br />behalf of the city, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P.
<br />Johnson, Goedeke, Wiski, Mastel, and V. Johnson.

<br />plan for Lexington Avenue from Larpenteur Avenue to
<br />County Road D--S.P. 62-651-34, City Project 93-17, be

<br />MnDOT's award of contract for the County Road C Path-
<br />way project, City Project 93-12, to central Land-
<br />scaping, Inc. in the amount of $598,478.45 be

<br />of a majority of the Rosedale Shopping Center, DECISION
<br />regarding the taxability of expenditures made to keep
<br />Dayton's at Rosedale Mall, be paid from the reserve
<br />fund without relevying. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson,
