<br />(increase in engineering fees), for engineering services to BR W for the County
<br />Road C Pathway Project, City Project 93-12, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Goedeke, Mastel, Wi ski, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that an amended Development Agreement
<br />with Ryan Companies be approved concerning the Midwest Motor Express and
<br />Indianhead sites, and authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to execute it on
<br />behalf of the City. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, P. Johnson, and
<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that an amended Development Agreement
<br />with Ryan Companies be approved concerning the Ramsey, Lindig, . and Midwest
<br />Great Dane sites, and authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to execute it on

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9195, awarding a contract
<br />for the base bid and Alternates 1 and 2 for painting of the Roseville water tower
<br />to Odland Protective Coatings in the amount of $613,100. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />COMMUNICATIONS, RECOGNITIONS, AND PUBLIC COMMENTS
<br />Mike Pederson, 1790 Oakcrest, asked if wind driven items such as roof
<br />ventilators, noisy lawn ornaments, wind chimes, etc., were going to be addressed
<br />in the City Code. He stated he would like these items to be covered.
<br />
<br />Al Sands, 2612 N. Aldine, stated he would like to have the City Council set up
<br />a work session to discuss tax increment financing and offered his services on
<br />the subject.
