<br />Council Member Mastel thanked Bob Bierscheid, Lonnie Brokke, a~d Mike
<br />Hermes as well as all participants and volunteers for their work on the very
<br />successful Star of the North Games held in Roseville. She also thanked Rick
<br />Schultz for his work on the "Run For The Roses".
<br />
<br />Council Member Goedeke stated the level of competition and sportsmanship
<br />at all the Star of the North Games was great and also thanked all who helped
<br />get everything ready as far as fields, etc. were concerned.

<br />HEARINGS
<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that amendments to the Roseville Sign
<br />Ordinance of Sections 1009.02 and 1009.03 regarding temporary signs, flags,
<br />holiday signs, and governmental signs be continued to the regular City Council
<br />meeting of Monday, July 10, 1995. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski,
<br />P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that amendments to the Roseville City Code
<br />of Title IV, Chapter 407, regarding nuisances, repealing certain provisions and
<br />redesignating others be continued to the regular City Council of Monday, July
<br />10, 1995. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson.

<br />a division of platted lot to subdivide a 41,000 square foot lot into two 20,000+ ELAINE
<br />square foot lots with utility and drainage easements along the new property lines KOLSTAD
<br />at 3051 Fairview Avenue, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Wi ski,
<br />P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Corpus Christi Church request for
<br />a variance from City Code Section 10-10.06 to allow "no curb" to be placed
<br />adjacent to the Corpus Christi Church parking lot along the north, south, and
<br />east edges for a period of five (5) years from the date of Council approval or
<br />until development occurs, whichever is sooner, at 2131 Fairview Avenue. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Wi ski, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Masterpiece Homes, Inc. request for
<br />general concept plan approval of a Planned Unit Development consisting of 16
<br />town homes, a rezoning from R-l to Residential Planned Unit Development, and
<br />a preliminary plat on land located at 1061 Roselawn Avenue, and a change in
<br />the Comprehensive Land Use Guide Plan Map designation from Low Density
<br />Residential to Medium Density Residential be continued to the regular City
<br />Council meeting of Monday, July 10, 1995. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel,
<br />Wiski, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
