Nays: None. <br /> <br />E. <br />E-l <br /> <br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Daniel Oren's request for a shoreland <br />setback variance at 367 S. Owasso Boulevard and a variance to the lot size <br />and width requirements of the Shoreland Management Ordinance be continued <br />to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, August 14, 1995. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Mastel, P. Johnson, Wi ski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-2 <br /> <br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Roseville Good Samaritan Center's <br />request for a 12 foot side yard setback variance at 1415 W. County Road B, <br />including engineering recommendations and placement of sidewalks, be <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, and V. <br />Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-3 <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Beaneries of the Midwest's <br />request for a 3 foot rear yard setback variance at 2720 N. Snelling Avenue <br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P. Johnson, Wi ski, Goedeke, and V. <br />Johnson.
