G-l HEARINGS Mastel moved, Wi ski seconded, that the following public hearings be continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, August 28, 1995: CONTINUED HEARINGS 1. Engelsma Limited Partnership request for Conditional Use Permit at 2797 Hamline Avenue. 2. Proposed ordinance amendment concerning pipeline setbacks. 3. Proposed ordinance amendment concerning where Bingo Halls can be located. 4. Proposed ordinance amendment concerning minimum street and cul-de-sac widths to ensure proper emergency vehicle access. 5. Proposed ordinance amendment concerning restrictions on snow- plowing, snow removal, delivery, and trash pickup. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P. Johnson, Wi ski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. G-2 P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that consideration of the proposed amendments to the Sign Ordinance regarding political signs be continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, August 14, 1995. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P. Johnson, Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. POLITICAL SIGNS G-3 P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Ordinance 1163, amending ORDINANCE Sections 1009.02 and 1009.03 of the City Code be adopted with the following 1163 changes: deleting the provisions relating to flags; defining "Advertising or special event devices in any public right-of-way in Section A. PROHIBITED SIGNS, No. 11; and under G. TEMPORARY SIGNS, No.3, changing "the permit may not be granted" to "the permit shall not be granted". Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P. Johnson, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: Wiski. G-4 Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9205A, vacating the north 33.0 feet ofa roadway easement over the property located at 2737 North Fairview Avenue, be adopted.
