Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke, <br />and V. Johnson. Nays: None. Abstain: P. Johnson. <br /> <br />The meeting was recessed at 6:55 p.m. for a supper break. <br /> <br />The meeting was reconvened at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />HEARINGS <br />Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Roseville Area High School and <br />Grace Church ofRoseville's request for withdrawal of a hearing and vacation of <br />Dellwood Street and a variance to the setback requirements of the Zoning <br />Ordinance at 2365 Dellwood Street be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wi ski, <br />Mastel, Goedeke, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9208, assessing costs of <br />$6,872.76 to the property located at 965 Larpenteur Avenue, PIN 14-29-23-34- <br />0013, Project ST-87-12, and notifying the County Auditor accordingly, be <br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wi ski, Mastel, Goedeke, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Masterpiece Homes, Inc. modified <br />request to rezone the 3.19 acres from R-l to Residential Planned Unit Develop- <br />ment at 1061 Roselawn Avenue consisting of 16 townhomes, General Concept <br />Plan, and revised (August 1, 1995) preliminary plat subject to the three <br />engineering conditions within the staff report, including vacated right-of-way for <br />the site, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, P. Johnson, and V. <br />Johnson. Nays: Wiski. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Masterpiece Homes, Inc. request for <br />approval of the Comprehensive Plan Amendment from Low Density Residential <br />to Medium Density Residential be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wi ski, Mastel, <br />Goedeke, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson.
