<br />1009.03K of the City Code of the City ofRoseville relating to political signs be
<br />continued to the January 15, 1996, regular City Council Work Session. Roll

<br />the lot size and lot width requirements of the Shoreline Management Ordinance on
<br />the lot of record at 367 S. Owasso Boulevard be approved. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Wiski, Mastel, Goedeke, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Daniel Oren's request for a 38 foot
<br />variance to the shoreline setback requirement of75 feet at 367 S. Owasso
<br />Boulevard be denied. Roll Call, Ayes: Wi ski, Mastel, Goedeke, and P. Johnson.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that the Planning Commission's
<br />recommendation for side yard setback variances of up to 4 feet on the north and
<br />up to 2 feet on the south to allow Mr. Oren the flexibility to build his house design
<br />at the 75 foot setback line at 367 S. Owasso Boulevard be denied. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, and P. Johnson. Nays: Wiski and V. Johnson.

<br />Wiski moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the Mayor and City Manager be
<br />authorized to enter into the Easement Agreement with L&H Realty Company for
<br />a driveway easement in the Centre Pointe Business Park contingent upon the
<br />consent being signed by Centre Pointe Business Park Limited Partnership as set
<br />forth on Page 7 of the Easement document, and subject to final review by the
<br />City Attorney and special legal counsel. Roll Call, Ayes: Wi ski, Mastel, Goedeke,
<br />P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
