<br />ORGANIZA TIONAL BUSINESS
<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that staff be instructed to prepare a
<br />resolution setting forth a policy for Advisory Commission Appointments for
<br />consideration at the regular City Council meeting of Monday, September 11,
<br />1995. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that the regularly scheduled City
<br />Council Breakfast Work Session of Tuesday, September 5, 1995, be canceled
<br />because of the Labor Day Holiday and extended vacations. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Mastel, Goedeke, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />The meeting was recessed at 6:45 p.m. for a supper break.
<br />
<br />The meeting was reconvened at 7:20 p.m.
<br />
<br />Mayor V. Johnson left the meeting due to illness. At this point, Acting
<br />Mayor John Goedeke took over.
<br />
<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Items E-2 and E-3 be moved to
<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS (continued if necessary), and
<br />become Items 1-1 and 1-2 respectively. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P. Johnson,
<br />and Goedeke. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9211, Submitting the
<br />Proposed Property Tax Levy on Real Estate in the amount of$7,687,617 for
<br />the Fiscal Year beginning January 1, 1996 and ending December 31, 1996, to
<br />the Ramsey County Auditor, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P. Johnson,
<br />and Goedeke. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9212, Directing the
<br />County Auditor to Adjust the Proposed Tax Levy for Bonded Debt, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P. Johnson, and Goedeke. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9213, Approving the
<br />Proposed 1996 Annual Budget in the amount of $28, 175,702 for the City of
<br />Roseville, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P. Johnson, and Goedeke.
