Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9214, Approving the <br />Tax Hearings for the 1996 Proposed Levy for the City ofRoseville for <br />December 7, 1995, beginning at 7:00 p.m. and December 13, 1995, at <br />7:00 p.m. for the continuation hearing if necessary, be adopted. Roll Call, <br />Ayes: Mastel, P. Johnson, and Goedeke. COMMUNICA TIONS, RECOGNITIONS, AND PUBLIC COMMENTS <br />F-l Police Chief Zelinsky stated he has reviewed Minnesota State Statutes 116.06, NOISE <br />Noise Pollution; 412.22, Specific Powers of Council; and Roseville City Code POLLUTION <br />405.1, Noise Control; and 407.03, Nuisance Affecting Peace and Safety. <br />These laws are enforceable and pertinent to loud radios or like devices <br />including boom boxes. Roseville also has an Administrative Offense Code <br />whereby noise complaint citations can be issued and the violator fined $50. <br /> <br />G. HEARINGS <br />G-l P . Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that the following items be continued <br />to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, September 25, 1995: <br /> <br />A. Proposed amendment of the Roseville City Code regarding establish- <br />ment of standards concerning delivery, snow removal, and trash <br />collection in commercial and industrial areas adjacent to residential <br />areas. <br /> <br />B. Proposed amendment of the Roseville City Code regarding establish- <br />ment of minimum standards for emergency vehicle access. <br /> <br />C. Proposed amendments to the Roseville City Code requiring certain <br />building construction setbacks from pipelines by adding Chapter 36. <br /> <br />D. Kettler Construction, Inc. request for concept approval for a <br />Residential Planned Unit Development (PUD) consisting of 42 <br />townhome units and 2 single family lots, a rezoning for R-l Single <br />Family to PUD, preliminary plat approval, and a Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment from Low Density Residential to Medium Density <br />Residential for property generally located in the southwest quadrant <br />of County Road C and Dale Street. <br /> <br />CONTINUA TION <br />OF HEARINGS <br />
