L&R Automotive request for a Conditional Use Permit for <br />automotive repair businesses at 3011 Rice Street. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P. Johnson, and Goedeke. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Gary and Elizabeth Boryczka's <br />request for platted land at 2250 Acorn Road be approved with the following <br />conditions stated by the Engineering staff: <br /> <br />GARY AND <br />ELIZABETH <br />BORYCZKA <br /> <br />1. That deferred assessments be paid when the first building permit is <br />applied for, and <br /> <br />2. That the utility easements along the new property lines be shown on <br />the survey. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P. Johnson. and Goedeke. Nays: None. <br /> <br />G-3 P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that John Torgerson's request for JOHN <br />variance at 337 South Owasso Boulevard, to allow the existing structure to be TORGERSON <br />tom down and a new structure to be built on the location of the existing <br />foundation at the same 21 foot setback from the shoreline for the foundation <br />wall of the house and 5 feet for the south or front property line setback for a <br />garage, but requiring a 5 foot minimum setback on both side lot property lines <br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P. Johnson, and Goedeke. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />G-4 <br /> <br />G-5 <br /> <br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Resolution 9215, vacating the <br />utility easement along Western Avenue known as "Kalin Addition", be <br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, P. Johnson, and Goedeke. Nays: None. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />9215 <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Western Auto's request for concept <br />approval of a commercial Planned Unit Development (PUD) consisting of <br />approximately a 12,000 square foot retail auto parts facility and rezoning <br />from B-1 and B-2 to a PUD on 2.88 acres located in the northwest quadrant <br />of Snelling and Oakcrest Avenue, be continued to a Special City Council <br />meeting to be held at Roseville City Hall on Wednesday, September 6, 1995, <br />beginning at 7:00 p.m. because only three Council Members were present and <br />it would take four votes to act on this request.
