<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />September 25, 1995 <br /> <br />I. <br />1-1 <br /> <br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS (continued if necessary) <br />Wiski moved, P. Johnson seconded, that staffbe directed to issue a fill/grading <br />permit to Roseville Lutheran Church to fill a portion of the greenway property <br />to a maximum of 1,825 cubic yards offill, as shown on the attached plans dated <br />September 19, 1995. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and <br />V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />1-2 <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that the massing and architectural design be <br />approved as consistent with, or smaller than, the original plans approved in 1986 <br />and 1993, with direction to staff to ensure that all work and erosion control is <br />completed per the plans and agreements, prior to the issuance of the Certificate <br />of Occupancy. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: P. <br />Johnson and Mastel. <br /> <br />1-3 <br /> <br />Wiski moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the Pipeline Consultant's Risk <br />Assessment Report (July, 1995), prepared by Robert Page of American Risk <br />Consultants, be accepted and placed on file in the City Manager's office, keeping <br />open the opportunity for comments, distributing copies to Amoco, Williams <br />Pipeline, and NSP, and requesting the City Manager and Fire staff to prepare a <br />work/training schedule and budget estimates based on the Consultant's <br />recommendations for improvements, on a future work session. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />K. <br />K-l <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br />Goedeke stated he had talked with Garth Olsson, Manager of Rosedale Mall, <br />regarding members of Council meeting with the public in the Mall. Mr. Olsson <br />suggested using a "Market Shop" which would be a table with skirting and <br />chairs set up in the Mall where Council Members could meet the public on <br />Saturdays. This would be made available to the City at no charge. Goedeke <br />will set this up with Mr. Olsson to begin on October 14, and will report back to <br />the Council. <br /> <br />L. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Wiski moved, V.
