<br />assessments as amended for Improvement P-94-02-50, Midlothian Road, County 9237
<br />Road B to Laurie Road; Haddington Road, County Road B to Laurie Road; and
<br />Laurie Road, Midlothian Road to Haddington Road, be adopted. Roll Call,

<br />Goedeke moved, that Monday, October 23, 1995, be set as the public hearing
<br />date for consideration of an ordinance to establish a three month moratorium
<br />on consideration and approval of flag lots, during which time standards for
<br />flag lots should be investigated and adopted. Motion died for lack of a second.
