Roseville City Council Minutes September 25, 1995 E-3 E-4 G. G-l G-2 Goedeke moved, Wi ski seconded, that Resolution 9223, annual adoption of Street Tree Planting Plan, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Wi ski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Resolution 9224, Resolution of Application to the Minnesota Amateur Sports Commission for a grant of$50,000 for the renovation of the Roseville Ice Arena for locker room areas for figure skating and women's hockey be adopted, with the match being taken from funds at hand. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. The meeting was recessed at 6:30 p.m. for a supper break. The meeting was reconvened at 7: 15 p. m. HEARINGS P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Richard Klein and L&R Automotive's request for a Conditional Use Permit for a light automotive repair facility at 3011 Rice Street be continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, October 9, 1995. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Wi ski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the following items be continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, October 23, 1995: 1. Proposed amendment of the Roseville City Code regarding establishment of standards concerning delivery, snow removal, and trash collection in commercial and industrial areas adjacent to residential areas. 2. Proposed amendment of the Roseville City Code regarding establishment of minimum standards for emergency vehicle access. 3. Proposed amendments to the Roseville City Code requiring certain building construction setbacks from pipelines by amending the City Code of the City of Roseville by adding Chapter 36. 4.
