Roseville City Council Minutes September 25, 1995 Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. G-3 This item was moved to become G-9 under Hearings. G-4 Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Angeline Seidenkranz's request for preliminary plat at 1775 N. Rose1awn Avenue be approved with the following Engineering staff conditions: 1. That the lot was assessed for two lots. If this plat is approved, the assessment for the additional lot will have to be paid at the cost of $305. 2. That the existing curb and gutter on this site will have to be removed for any new driveways. Since Roselawn Avenue is a County road, permits for this work will be required from Ramsey County. It should also be noted that replacement work must meet Ramsey County requirements. 3. That there is only one water service located at the west end of the proposed plat. Two new water services will have to be constructed to serve the new homes. The City ofRoseville's utility personnel must make the new tap on the water main. 4. That there is a 20 foot sanitary sewer easement running east/west across this property. The sanitary sewer services must come from the main located within the easement which runs east/west in the easement. Any grading of this area must have City approval before work is started. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Angeline Seidenkranz's request for final plat approval at 1775 North Roselawn Avenue be approved, and the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to sign the final plat after review by the City Attorney and City Engineer.
