<br />4. That the developer determine the feasibility of enlarging the project
<br />area to include all homes east of Rosetown Court and south of
<br />County Road C.
<br />
<br />5. That a 20 foot variance be approved allowing the unit to sit within 10
<br />feet of the property line provided the developer also construct an
<br />ornamental or architectural fence along the property.
<br />
<br />6. That the developer must satisfy all Engineering conditions listed in
<br />the staff report.
<br />
<br />7. That the streets shall be privately constructed, with no assessments.
<br />

<br />P. Johnson moved, Wi ski seconded, that Resolution 9226, encouraging the
<br />developer and two island property owners to get together and work out a
<br />deal, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and
<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />assessment rolls for 1994 Public Improvements P-94-02-44, ST -94-04, P-94-
<br />02-48, P-94-02-50, P-94-02-52, P-94-02-61, P-94-02-69, and ST-94-09, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Wi ski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />confirming the assessments for Improvement M-94-01, Diseased Trees, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Wi ski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9229, adopting and
<br />confirming the assessments for Improvement P-93-1O, Lincoln Drive, County
<br />Road C-2 to Lydia Drive, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel,
<br />Wi ski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9230, adopting and
<br />confirming the assessments for Improvement P-93-16-47, Midland Grove
<br />Condominium Entrance Road, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson,
