<br />P. Johnson moved, Wiski seconded, that the Calvary Baptist Church request for
<br />a 10 foot height variance from the R- I Zoning District requirement of 30 feet,
<br />to allow the building at 2120 Lexington Avenue to be built to a total height of
<br />40 feet, noting the acoustical and site location of the organ as hardships, be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />be authorized to execute partial releases of easements. Roll Call, Ayes:

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Kettler Construction, Inc. request for
<br />an amendment of the Comprehensive Plan Map from Institutional and Low
<br />Density Residential to Medium Density/PUD for the project area be approved
<br />subject to Metropolitan Council review and approval. Roll Call, Ayes: P.
<br />Johnson, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Kettler Construction, Inc. request
<br />for rezoning from R-l and B-1 zones to Residential Planned Unit Development
<br />on the City Zoning Map be approved. The zoning shall become effective only
<br />after approval of the final PUD Agreement and local publication of said
<br />zoning ordinance map changes. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Wi ski,
<br />Goedeke, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Kettler Construction Inc. request for
<br />approval of preliminary plat on land generally located south of County Road C
<br />to Roseville Central Park and west of Dale Street to Aladdin Street, including
<br />a portion of the American Legion site, be approved with the following
<br />conditions:

<br />1. That there be resolution to the runoff into a regional storm water pond
<br />east of Dale Street.
<br />
<br />2. That additional landscaping be placed along Rosetown Court.
<br />
<br />3. That drainage corrections be made for the two homes east of Rose town
<br />Court.
