<br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of
<br />September 25, 1995, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Goedeke,
<br />Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />CONSENT AGENDA
<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items B-2
<br />through B-4, B-6 and B-7, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, P. Johnson,
<br />Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that S. Hugo and Marie Blomgren's
<br />request for a 4 foot 4 inch side yard setback variance at 1805 Roselawn Avenue,
<br />for the garage and driveway, be tabled until the regular City Council meeting of
<br />Monday, October 23, 1995, because the applicants are out of town. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Wiski, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Jeff Truninger's request for a 7 foot
<br />side yard setback variance at 2906 Matilda Street, to add a second stall to his
<br />garage, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wi ski, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Mastel, and
<br />v. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that William Warzeka's request for a
<br />1.5 foot front yard setback variance at 1703 Skillman Avenue West, to add
<br />additional bedrooms over the garage space, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski,
<br />P. Johnson, Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the Friends of Lexington Park
<br />request to hold a neighborhood bonfire at Lexington park on October 28, 1995,
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Mastel, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.
