<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9242, changing the
<br />public hearing date on the proposed establishment of Tax Increment District No.
<br />15 and Hazardous Substance Subdistrict No. 15a within Development District
<br />NO.1 from October 23, 1995 to November 27, 1995, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Wiski, P. Johnson, Goedeke, Mastel, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9243, Application
<br />for Minnesota ReLEAF Planting Energy Conservation Grant and Commitment
<br />to Ten Year Tree Maintenance Program, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski,

<br />Infrared Radiant Heating System in the Roseville City Maintenance Garage be
