<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the acceptance of the low base bid
<br />of$35, 100 from Max Steininger, Inc. for the clearing and grading of Acorn
<br />Park per the advertised specifications be approved, with monies to be taken
<br />from the PIP project. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, P. Johnson, Mastel, and Goedeke.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9245, receiving the
<br />petition for the removal and burying of the overhead utility lines and the
<br />removal of the utility poles behind and between 2201 Rosewood Lane North
<br />and 2235 Rosewood Lane North, ordering a feasibility study, receiving the
<br />feasibility study, ordering the work to be performed by the appropriate utility
<br />companies, and directing Engineering staff to enter into an agreement with
<br />the appropriate utility companies for the work known as City Project M-95-14,
<br />be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, P. Johnson, Mastel, and Goedeke. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that a release of a partial easement,
<br />Document No. 1741669 dated December 11, 1968, over Lots 12 and 13,
<br />Block 1, Michaels Centennial Addition be approved, and directing staff to
<br />record the partial release of easement. Roll Call, Ayes: Wi ski, P. Johnson,
<br />Mastel, and Goedeke. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Wiski seconded, that Resolution 9246, electing to
<br />participate in the Local Housing Incentives Account Program within the
<br />Metropolitan Liveable Communities Act, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wi ski,
<br />P. Johnson, Mastel, and Goedeke. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that concept approval of the Joint Powers
<br />Agreement with the City of Shoreview concerning the regulation of Lake
<br />Owasso be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, P. Johnson, Mastel, and
<br />Goedeke. Nays: None.

<br />Wi ski moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the public hearing date for
<br />consideration of an ordinance amendment to Chapter 702 of the City Code
<br />concerning the use of public waters be scheduled for the regular City Council
<br />meeting of Monday, November 13, 1995. Roll Call, Ayes: Wi ski, P. Johnson,
<br />Mastel, and Goedeke. Nays: None.
