<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />October 23, 1995 <br /> <br />G. HEARINGS <br />G-I P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that the proposed amendment of the <br />Roseville City Code regarding establishment of standards concerning <br />deliveries, snow removal, and trash collection in commercial and industrial <br />areas adjacent to residential areas be continued to the regular City Council <br />Work Session of Monday, November 20, 1995. Roll Call, Ayes: Wi ski, <br />P. Johnson, Mastel, and Goedeke. Nays: None. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that the Planning Commission take <br />the following topics to their subcommittees for further study at the rate of <br />one each month, with NO.3 being last, and report back to Council, so Council <br />can hold public hearings and act on them: <br /> <br />1. Proposed amendment of the Roseville City Code regarding <br />establishment of minimum standards for emergency vehicle access. <br /> <br />2. Proposed amendments to the Roseville City Ordinance requiring <br />certain building construction setback from pipelines by amending <br />the City Code of the City ofRoseville by adding Chapter 36. <br /> <br />3. Proposed amendments to the Roseville City Ordinance regarding <br />parking ofRV/Campers on residential property. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Wi ski, P. Johnson, Mastel, and Goedeke. Nays: None. <br /> <br />G-2 P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Jeffrey Bernstein's request for a <br />Conditional Use Permit at 2215 Snelling Avenue North, per the application <br />site plans and building designs dated September 11, 1995, be denied. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that the motion be withdrawn. <br /> <br />Wiski moved to table Jeffrey Bernstein's request for a Conditional Use <br />Permit at 2215 Snelling Avenue North to permit the applicant to make <br />the plan compatible with the residential area to the north. <br /> <br />Motion died for lack of a second. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Jeffrey Bernstein's request for a <br />Conditional Use Permit at 2215 Snelling Avenue North, per the application <br />site plans and building designs dated September 11, 1995, be continued to <br />the regular City Council meeting of Monday, November 13, 1995, to allow <br />the City Attorney to prepare suitable findings of fact for denial.
