Johnson moved, Wiski seconded, that Kenneth Clausen's request for a <br />Conditional Use Permit for a gourmet coffee kiosk at 1515 W. County Road B <br />be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the drive aisle configuration be as suggested in the traffic <br />consultant's drawing NO.2. <br /> <br />2. That the Outpost Java Food Service plan be approved by the Ramsey <br />County Department of Public Health. <br /> <br />3. That there be a one year staff review and report to the City Council <br />of the operation and traffic flow, with traffic direction and conditions <br />to be modified as necessary based on the review. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Wi ski, P. Johnson, Mastel, and Goedeke. Nays: None. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Wiski seconded, that the subject of kiosks be referred to the <br />Planning Commission for development of a policy regarding the sites and <br />numbers of kiosks in parking lots. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, P. Johnson, Mastel, <br />and Goedeke. Nays: None. <br /> <br />G-4 <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Kettler Construction, Inc. request for <br />PUD final land use development plan and agreement on land generally located <br />south of County Road C to Roseville Central Park and west of Dale Street to <br />Aladdin Street, including a portion of the American Legion site, be approved <br />subject to review by the City Attorney and approval by the City Manager and <br />signature by the Mayor. The PUD will become effective after approval, <br />signatures, and publication of the zoning ordinance. Roll Call, Ayes: Wi ski, <br />P. Johnson, Mastel, and Goedeke. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the subdivision agreement between <br />the City ofRoseville and Kettler Construction, Inc. for land generally located <br />south of County Road C to Roseville Central Park and west of Dale Street to <br />Aladdin Street, including a portion of the American Legion site, be approved <br />subject to document review by the City Attorney and approval by the City <br />Manager and signature by the Mayor. Roll Call, Ayes: Wi ski, P. Johnson, <br />Mastel, and Goedeke. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the Mayor and City Manager be <br />authorized to sign the final plat of Kettler Construction, Inc. for land generally <br />located south of County Road C to Roseville Central Park and west of Dale <br />Street to Aladdin Street, including a portion of the American Legion site. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Wi ski, P.
