<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that Issac Afwerke, 759 West County Road
<br />B, be appointed to the Human Rights Commission for an unexpired term
<br />expiring March 31, 1996, and Christine Malark, 2686 N. Victoria Street, be
<br />appointed to the Human Rights Commission for an unexpired term expiring
<br />March 31, 1997. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, and V.

<br />Work Session and December 25 Regular City Council Meeting be canceled. Roll

<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that approval of an ordinance amendment to
<br />Chapter 702 of the Roseville City Code concerning regulation and use of the
<br />public waters of Lake Owasso and an amended Joint Powers Agreement with
<br />the City of Shoreview be continued to the regular City Council meeting of
<br />Monday, November 27, 1995. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke,
<br />Wi ski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
