<br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that a water service agreement with Arden
<br />Hills to extend the expired agreement from September 27, 1992 to September 27,
<br />1997 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, Wi ski, and
<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9247, accepting the
<br />work completed under City Project P-93-1O, Lincoln Drive, and authorizing
<br />the final payment of $25,861.98, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson,
<br />Mastel, Goedeke, Wi ski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Ramsey County's Larpenteur
<br />Avenue right-of-way plan from Hamline Avenue to Oxford Street be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the County Road C/County Road
<br />B planned three lane re-striping project be removed and a four through-lane
<br />project which widens intersections to provide left turn movements be pursued.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, Wi ski, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Wi ski moved, V. Johnson seconded, that Jeffrey Bernstein's request for a
<br />Conditional Use Permit for an automotive repair facility at 2215 Snelling Avenue
<br />North be continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, November
<br />27, 1995. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski and V. Johnson. Nays: P. Johnson, Mastel,
<br />and Goedeke. Motion failed.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9248, findings of fact for
<br />denial of Jeffrey Bernstein's request for a Conditional Use Permit for an
<br />automotive repair facility at 2215 Snelling Avenue North, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, and Wiski. Nays: V. Johnson.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9429, directing the City
<br />Attorney to appeal the Commissioner's Award for the taking of the Lakeland
<br />Avenue Property/Benjamin's property, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson,
<br />Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
