<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9253, accepting the work
<br />completed under P-94-06 and ST-94-09, Arthur Street Phase II and storm water
<br />treatment pond, and authorizing final payment of$7,697.11 be adopted. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, P. Johnson seconded, that approval of a cost sharing agreement
<br />with School District 623 regarding City participation in storm sewer costs for the
<br />Owasso Hills development be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel,
<br />Goedeke, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that staffbe directed to develop a final
<br />Development Agreement with ISD 623 for formal Council action on Monday,
<br />December 11, 1995, to assist with the cleanup of the Owasso Hills housing
<br />project site. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, Wi ski, and V.
<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />F-l Police ChiefJini Zelinsky and Jerry Ruettimann presented the Council with a NATIONAL
<br />1995 National Night Out Award the City ofRoseville received for its participation NIGHT OUT
<br />in National Night Out held on August 1, 1995. This is the fourth consecutive AWARD
<br />national award the City ofRoseville has received.

<br />HEARINGS
<br />Wiski moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the public hearing on the proposed
<br />estabIlshment of Tax Increment District 15 and Hazardous Substance Subdistrict
<br />15a within Development District 1 be continued to the regular City Council
<br />meeting of Monday, January 22, 1996. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel,
<br />Goedeke, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that a public hearing regarding an ordinance
<br />amendment to Chapter 702 of the Roseville City Code concerning regulation
<br />and use of the public waters of Lake Owasso and an amended Joint Powers
<br />Agreement with the City of Shoreview be continued to the regular City Council
<br />meeting of Monday, March 11, 1996. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Goedeke,
<br />Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: Mastel.

<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that Byerly's, Inc. Application for On Sale
<br />Wine and Nonintoxicating Malt Beverage On Sale Liquor Licenses at 1601 West
<br />County Road C be approved, with the Wine License expiring on December 31,
<br />1996 and Nonintoxicating Malt Beverage On Sale License expiring June 30, 1996.
