<br />A-I Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of MINUTES
<br />December 5, 1995, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke,

<br />Mastel moved, P. Johnson seconded, that the 1996/1997 International Union of
<br />Operating Engineers contract settlement be approved, and authorizing the City
<br />Manager to execute a contract incorporating the settlement terms. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.
