Johnson seconded, that Resolution 9259, Administrative <br />and Management Salary Program for 1996, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P. <br />Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E. REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS <br />E-l Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the revised Pathway Snow Removal <br />Policy dated December 11, 1995, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, <br />Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. <br /> <br />E-2 Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that Ordinance 1164, amending the City <br />Code of the City of Roseville by changing Section 1103.07 (D2) to read as <br />follows be adopted: <br /> <br />Where money is paid in lieu of dedication of land, the amount <br />contributed shall be: <br /> <br />$500.00 per single family lot; <br /> <br />$400.00 per town house or duplex unit; and <br /> <br />$350.00 per unit for multifamily structures with three or more <br />units. <br /> <br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded that the motion adopting Ordinance <br />1164 be amended by providing that City Code Section 1103.07 (D2) read <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Where money is paid in lieu of land, the values for residential <br />purposes shall be established by the City Council at least <br />every five (5) years by resolution. Values for the initial five <br />(5) year period shall be: <br /> <br />$500.00 per single family lot; <br /> <br />$400.00 per town house or duplex unit; <br /> <br />$350.00 per unit for multifamily structures with three or more units. <br /> <br />Roll Call on the amendment: Ayes: P.
