Roseville City Council Minutes December 11, 1995 Goedeke moved, P. Johnson seconded, that Resolution 9259, Administrative and Management Salary Program for 1996, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P. REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS E-l Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the revised Pathway Snow Removal Policy dated December 11, 1995, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None. E-2 Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that Ordinance 1164, amending the City Code of the City of Roseville by changing Section 1103.07 (D2) to read as follows be adopted: Where money is paid in lieu of dedication of land, the amount contributed shall be: $500.00 per single family lot; $400.00 per town house or duplex unit; and $350.00 per unit for multifamily structures with three or more units. P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded that the motion adopting Ordinance 1164 be amended by providing that City Code Section 1103.07 (D2) read as follows: Where money is paid in lieu of land, the values for residential purposes shall be established by the City Council at least every five (5) years by resolution. Values for the initial five (5) year period shall be: $500.00 per single family lot; $400.00 per town house or duplex unit; $350.00 per unit for multifamily structures with three or more units.
