<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9262, Establishing City of
<br />Roseville goals for the Metropolitan Council Liveable Community Housing
<br />Program, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, and
<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Auditor to levy unpaid water, sewer, and false alarm charges for payable 1995,

<br />Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />tax levy on real estate to the Ramsey County Auditor for the Fiscal Year of
<br />1996, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, and
<br />V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9265, directing the County
<br />Auditor to adjust the 1996 tax levy for bonded debt, be adopted. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9266, approving the 1996
<br />Annual Budget for the City ofRoseviI1e except the $39,000 proposed for the
<br />Northwest Youth and Family Services, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson,
<br />Mastel, Goedeke, Wi ski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that the $39,000 proposed for the Northwest
<br />Youth and Family Services be included in the 1996 Annual Budget for the City
<br />of Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, and Wiski. Nays:
<br />None. Abstain; V. Johnson.
