<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that an agreement to add MidAmerica Bank to
<br />the Home Improvement Loan Program be approved, and authorizing the Mayor
<br />and City manager to execute the agreement. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson,
<br />Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9260, Establishment of
<br />priorities for Roseville and Ramsey County Community Development Block
<br />Grants (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnership (Home) Funds, be adopted.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, and V. Johnson. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />P. Johnson moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9261, Pledging a
<br />contribution of unrestricted funds in support of a Tax Increment Financing
<br />project, District 16, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, Goedeke,
<br />Wi ski, and V. Johnson. Nays: None.

<br />P . Johnson moved, Goedeke seconded, that the use of building materials
<br />presented as part of the revised building design for Famous Dave's Barbeque
<br />Shack at 2131 N. Snelling be denied based on the finding that these materials
<br />are inconsistent with the standards set out in Section 1010.02 of the Roseville
<br />City Code, and request the applicant to resubmit a building permit application
<br />with exterior materials consistent with the City design guidelines. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: P. Johnson, Mastel, and Goedeke. Nays: Wiski and V. Johnson.

<br />COMMUNICATIONS, RECOGNITIONS, AND PUBLIC COMMENTS
<br />Mr. Leonard Gloeb, 692 Grandview West, Roseville, Minnesota, was one of
<br />ten Minnesotans to receive the Virginia McKnight Binger Award for outstanding
<br />service to others and was recognized by the City Council.

<br />to describe the 1995 Minnesota Recreation and Park Association Clifton E. French BIERSCHEID
<br />Distinguished Service Award received by Bob Bierscheid, Director of Parks and
<br />Recreation. This is the highest professional recognition available in the State of
<br />Minnesota for Parks and Recreation professionals.
