<br />appointed to the Planning Commission for an unexpired tern expiring

<br />D-2 Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that the 1996/1997 Law E lforcement Labor
<br />Services Contract settlement be approved and authorizing th : City Manager
<br />to execute a contract incorporating the settlement terms. Ro l Call, Ayes:

<br />E-I Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the revisions to the ( :ooperative
<br />Agreement regarding Central Park Elementary School, as re. luested by the
<br />School District, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Wis1 i, Maschka, and
<br />Wall. Nays: None. Abstain: Goedeke, because he is a form:r employee of the
<br />School District in the Physical Education Department.

<br />Strachota of Shenehon Company to provide appraisal servic :s for 1995
