<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />February 12, 1996 <br /> <br />E-3 <br /> <br />E-4 <br /> <br />F. <br />F-1 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the low bid in the c mount of $70,665 <br />be accepted for the purchase of a Case 621 B Loader with attc ~hments from <br />St. Joseph's Equipment Company. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedekl , Mastel, Wiski, <br />Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that an agreement betweeI Independent <br />School District 623 and the City of Roseville to provide a Sc 1001 Liaison <br />Officer to the Roseville Area High School be continued to th ~ regular City <br />Council meeting of Monday, February 26,1996. Roll Call, 1 .yes: Goedeke, <br />Mastel, Wiski, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that the City Manager be , uthorized to <br />proceed with the selection process for a School Liaison Offic ~r to the Roseville <br />Area High School. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski Maschka, and <br />Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />The meeting was recessed at 6:30 p.m. for 1 supper break. <br /> <br />The meeting was reconvened at 7: 5 p.m. <br /> <br />COMMUNICATIONS, RECOGNITIONS, AND PUBLI = COMMENTS <br />The Roseville Human Rights Commission Essay Contest A \ 'ard winners were <br />introduced to the Council and read their essays. The winner: were: First Place: <br />Nathan Abuan, St. Odilia's School, $50.00 and Certificate 0 Award; Second <br />Place: Chris Brustuen, St. Odilia's School, $35.00 and Certi1 icate of Award; <br />Third Place: Meghan Erickson, Roseville Area Middle Scho .1, $20.00 and <br />Certificate of Award. Honorable Mention Certificates were lresented to: Ann <br />McLoon, Roseville Area Middle School, Danielle Doyle, St. Odilia's School, <br />and Jessica Palkowitsch, Rose of Lima. <br /> <br />Wiski moved, Wall seconded, that the Council congratulate he winners and all <br />participants in the Human Rights Essay Contest on their exc :llent essays, and <br />wish each of them the best in their future endeavors. Roll C lll, Ayes: Goedeke, <br />Mastel, Wiski, Maschka, and Wall.
