<br />Maschka moved, Mastel Seconded, that Resolution 9277, onering City Project
<br />P-96-02, Neighborhood 14, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Go ~deke, Mastel,
<br />Wiski, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9278, ore ~ring City Project
<br />P-96-02, Neighborhood 16, be adopted. Staff shall investigae the following
<br />Issues:
<br />
<br />1. Curb type.
<br />2. Stop sign at Chatsworth and Brenner.
<br />3. Street widths.
<br />
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Resolution 9279, ( rdering City
<br />Project P-96-02, Neighborhood 28, be adopted. Staff shall i] vestigate and work
<br />with the neighborhood regarding the following issues:
<br />
<br />1. Design the Snelling Curve cul-de-sac to minimize irr pacts to the
<br />adjoining single family home.
<br />2. Prepare a landscaping plan for the east end of the Ro e Place cul-de-sac
<br />to be reviewed with the neighborhood.
<br />3. Investigate the need for a stop sign at the corner of B 'Ooks A venue and
<br />Pascal Street.

<br />located on the Central Park School property.
<br />2. Consider a street width change to save boulevard trel s.
