<br />A Citizen Crime Prevention A ward was presented to Steven ~ 'ipler of Roseville
<br />for calling 911 on a burglary taking place in the 1100 block 0 . Ruggles. Patrol
<br />officers were able to enter the home and arrested a juvenile. (:harges were filed
<br />for burglary.
<br />
<br />A Citizen Crime Prevention Award was presented to Kennett Nordstrom
<br />of Roseville for calling 911 on a burglary taking place in the 800 block of
<br />Dale Court. Suspects hiding in different parts of the house w :re located by
<br />responding officers and were charged with burglary.
<br />
<br />HEARINGS
<br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that the City ofRoseville'~ request to
<br />vacate the right-of-way for the W. Snelling Avenue Frontage R.oad, between
<br />County Road C-2 and Terrace Drive, be continued to the regllar City Council
<br />meeting of Monday, April 8, 1996. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschk:, Mastel, Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Christopher BerglUn I-Ven Company's
<br />request for a Conditional Use Permit for a service station and convenience
<br />store at 2163 Snelling Avenue North be continued to the reguar City Council
<br />meeting of Monday, April 22, 1996, because the site plan anc grading plans are
<br />incomplete, and design requirements of the City Code were n )t met, and staff
<br />be directed to send a letter to the applicant stating the reasons for continuance.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall, Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Bruce Kath's request for rezoning,
<br />Conditional Use Permit, and preliminary and final plat at 191 ! Lexington
<br />Avenue, to construct a gas station/convenience store/car wasl , be continued
<br />to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, April 22, 19~ 6, because the
<br />applicant did not address the change in Comprehensive Plan] lecessary for
<br />this site, and staff be directed to send a letter to the applicant ;tating the reasons
<br />for continuance. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, C oedeke, and Wall.

<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that Jerry Moe/McCarth) Cadillac's request
<br />for a variance to the zoning ordinance at 2325 Prior Avenue 1 e continued to
<br />the regular City Council meeting of Monday, April 22, 1996, to allow the
<br />applicant additional time to develop alternative designs that ( 0 not require a
<br />variance to the Zoning Code, and staff be directed to send a II :tter to the
<br />applicant stating that fact. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel Wiski, Goedeke,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.
