County Road C <br />be continued to the regular City Council meeting of July 22, 1996, to allow the <br />applicant to develop alternatives regarding the issues of stora, ~e and a Master Plan <br />on the buffer between the residential areas and these existing :ommercial uses, <br />and directing staff to send a letter to the applicant stating the ,e reasons. County Road B-2 be denied, and the application fee 1 e refunded <br />because the use is not permitted in an R-2 Zoning District wi1 h a Conditional <br />Use Permit. Na yS: None. <br /> <br />(Formerly E-4) <br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that a garage sale promoti )n permit for the <br />YMCA to hold its semi-annual sale from May 15 through M~ y 19, with setup to <br />begin on or after May 9 be approved with the following perm t requirements: <br /> <br />1. Prior to the sale, hold a meeting with the neighbors ar d discuss the <br />Issues. <br /> <br />2. Obtain necessary County permits and post "No Parkir g" during rush <br />hours of the sale. <br /> <br />3. Invite patrons to use the Lexington and B park parkin ~ lot. <br /> <br />4. Provide the City Manager and Attorney a Certificate ( f Insurance <br />holding the City harmless. <br /> <br />5.
