<br />and specifications and ordering the advertisement for bids for 1996 PMP

<br />the State of Minnesota LCMR Grant of $600,000 for acquisit on of the

<br />and directing the Mayor and City Manager to sign the agreerr ent on behalf of the
<br />City. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, an l Wall. Nays: None.
