Roseville City Council Minutes March 25, 1996 The meeting was recessed at 8:25 p.m. for a 10 minute break. The meeting was reconvened at 8:3; p.m. 1-3 (Formerly E-5) Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that an "s" style curb be c mstructed in Neighborhood 16. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None. Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that stop signs be installed on Brenner Avenue at Chatsworth Street. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Ma: tel, Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None. Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that all streets in the neigl borhood be constructed to a 30 foot width with the exception of Chatswo th Street and Millwood Avenue which will be constructed to the standard ~ 2 foot width. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, and Goedeke. Nays: Wi ;ki and Wall. Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that the following be ap Jroved in Neighborhood 28: 1. Construct the Snelling Curve cul-de-sac as originally )roposed with landscaping as proposed. 2. The landscaping plan at the east end of Rose Place be installed as presented. 3. No additional traffic control be installed at the interse :tion of Brooks Avenue and Pascal Street. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Wiski, Goedeke, and War. Nays: None. Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the following be app 'oved in Neighborhood 37: 1. Incorporate the ditch repairs at the east end of Transit Avenue as proposed. 2. Construct Transit Avenue to a 30 foot width in order' 0 save boulevard trees. 3. Eliminate the proposed landscape island. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, and Wall. Nay~: Wiski.
