<br />Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of the reg llar meeting of
<br />March 25, 1996, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedl ke, Mastel, and
<br />Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that a proclamation proclaim ng Saturday,
<br />April 13, 1996, as Midway Speedskating Club Day in the Cit:, of Roseville, be

<br />April 19, 1996, as Arbor Day in the City of Roseville, be ado )ted. Roll Call,

<br />Mastel moved, Wi ski seconded, that the final payment for Pn jects P-94-06 and
<br />and ST-94-09, Arthur Street Phase 2 and storm water treatme 1t pond, be revised
<br />from $7,697.11 to $9,527.11, and authorizing the Finance De )artment to issue a
<br />check in the amount of$I,830 to F. M. Frattalone Excavatin~ and Grading. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that the Fire Marshal be auth )fized to issue a
<br />burn permit to Prairie Restorations, Inc. from April 10 to Ma: ' 10, 1996, to
<br />schedule the burn around the weather, to burn a one-half acre site at 509 Lovell
<br />Avenue in Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Mas1 ~l, and Wall. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that the donation of a check n the amount of
<br />$775, from Roseville VFW Post 7555, to help fund the travel expenses for the
<br />Roseville Police Explorers National Competition Conference at Flagstaff,
<br />Arizona, in June, 1996, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski Goedeke, Mastel,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.
