<br />ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS
<br />Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that City Council work se :sions be
<br />established for April 25, May 2, and May 15, 1996, from 6:3( to 8:30 p.m. in
<br />the City Hall Council Chambers for the purpose of conductin ~ forums on tax
<br />increment financing. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastl :1, and Wall. Nays:

<br />Goedeke moved, Wi ski seconded, that the Mayor and City M mager be
<br />authorized to enter into an agreement with Precision Tree, In< . for the removal
<br />of diseased trees and stumps at $9.37/diameter inch per adver :ised specifications,
<br />with the expenditures for the contract to be taken from the Di ;eased Tree
<br />Account of the 1996 Budget. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedele, Mastel, and

<br />to enter into a contract with First Team Sports (Ultra Wheels:, Inc. for sponsor-
