<br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that Mary and Gary Andris ' s request for a
<br />4 foot side yard setback variance at 2843 North Lakeview AVI nue, to add an off
<br />street parking stall to their driveway, be approved. Roll Call, i\yes: Mastel,
<br />Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />ORGANIZATIONAL BUSINESS
<br />(Council Member Dean Maschka arrived during this portion (fthe meeting.)
<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Friday, June 28, 1996 : ,t 4:30 p.m. be
<br />established as the deadline for receiving applications for Park: . and Recreation
<br />Commission and Grass Lake Water Management Board vaCal des, and a Lake
<br />Owasso Task Force, and establishing a Special City Council"' Vork Session for
<br />Wednesday, July 10, 1996, beginning at 5 :00 p.m. at the Rose ville City Hall for
<br />the purpose of interviewing applicants. Roll Call, Ayes: Mas1 el, Maschka,
<br />Wiski, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Council Member Mast ~l be appointed as
<br />Council Liaison to the Cable Commission with Patricia Johns m as alternate.
<br />Roll Call, Ayes: None. Nays: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski, Goed ~ke, and Wall.

<br />Wall moved that notification for applicants to apply to repres€ nt Roseville on
<br />the Cable Commission be advertised with the notice of vacanl ies on the Parks
<br />and Recreation Commission and Grass Lake Water Managenent Board, and a
<br />Lake Owasso Task Force, with the same deadline for applicat ons. Motion died
<br />for lack of a second.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Patricia Johnson cont nue to represent
<br />the City of Roseville on the North Suburban Cable Commissi m until the
<br />regular appointment process ofthe Council is held in January 1997. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, and Goedeke. Nays: Wi ski and Wall.

<br />REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that a B style curb be inst, lIed on Chatsworth
<br />Street and Millwood Avenue. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Mascl ka, Goedeke,
<br />Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.
