<br />1. That the developer provide the City with right-of-way and easements
<br />necessary for future roadway, utility, entry signs, stree: trees consistent
<br />with the Twin Lakes design standards and the City Str ~et Tree Master
<br />Plan policy, pedestrian pathways, and other pedestrian amenities.

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that the motion to approvE Ryan Construction
<br />Company of Minnesota, Inc.' s request for a front yard setbac1 variance at
<br />2778 N. Cleveland Avenue, for the construction of an office/v rarehouse facility
<br />be withdrawn. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, '/iski, and Wall.

<br />County Department of Public Health, Division of Solid Waste request for an
<br />extension of an Interim Use Permit for a five year period, to 0 Jerate a seasonal
<br />collection site for household hazardous waste at their site on } ~ent Street, north
<br />of Larpenteur Avenue and East of Dale Street, be adopted. RI III Call, Ayes:
<br />Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that an ordinance amendin g Chapter 1004
<br />and 1010 ofthe City Code requiring a Conditional Use Permi for establishing
<br />or expanding churches, schools, public buildings (including C tty and County
<br />buildings) and facilities within R-1 or R-2 zones, and a draft a mendment to the
<br />Design Standards, City Code Section 1010, to include City Dc :sign Standards that
<br />deal with design, massing height, parking areas, buffers, land~ caping, and
<br />drainage for churches, schools, and public buildings and publi c gathering
<br />facilities be withdrawn from the agenda at this time and referr ~d to an upcoming
<br />City Council work session. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschk 1, Goedeke, Wiski,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.
