Nays: None. <br /> <br />0-8 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that an ordinance amendin g Chapter 1004 <br />and 1010 ofthe City Code requiring a Conditional Use Permi for establishing <br />or expanding churches, schools, public buildings (including C tty and County <br />buildings) and facilities within R-1 or R-2 zones, and a draft a mendment to the <br />Design Standards, City Code Section 1010, to include City Dc :sign Standards that <br />deal with design, massing height, parking areas, buffers, land~ caping, and <br />drainage for churches, schools, and public buildings and publi c gathering <br />facilities be withdrawn from the agenda at this time and referr ~d to an upcoming <br />City Council work session.
