<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />May 28,1996 <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that the City Council's 1tnal decision date <br />for 350 S. Owasso Boulevard be extended by up to 60 days a1 ter June 7, 1996, <br />in order to complete the review of the final plat and have staf ~ prepare a <br />subdivision agreement for approval by the City Manager and he developer. <br />The applicant was present and agreed to the continuance of u) to 60 days. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall Nays: None. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that the public hearing e ate for final plat <br />approval and subdivision Development Agreement at 350 S. Nays: Nt me. <br /> <br />The meeting was recessed at 8:25 p.m. for a 10 minute bre Ik. <br />The meeting was reconvened at 8:35 p.m. <br /> <br />G-5 <br /> <br />Wi ski moved, Goedeke seconded, that Bruce Kath's request j Dr withdrawal of <br />rezoning, Conditional Use Permit, preliminary plat, and amen iment to the <br />Comprehensive Plan to construct a gas station/convenience st )re/car wash at <br />1912 Lexington Avenue be approved, and the applicant's fee )e returned to him, <br />allowing him to come back without prejudice at the next avail able Planning <br />Commission date. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedde, Wiski, and Wall. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />G-6 <br /> <br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Ryan Construction C( Impany of <br />Minnesota, Inc.'s request for a front yard setback variance at: ~778 N. Cleveland <br />Avenue, for the construction of an office/warehouse facility, 1 e approved for the <br />following reasons: <br /> <br />1. The site is surrounded on three sides by street right-of way. This <br />condition results in a 40 foot setback requirement on t rree sides of the <br />property, which limits the developable area of the site: <br /> <br />2. There is a potential need for additional right-of-way 0: easements for <br />future development of Twin Lakes Parkway. This wo lId reduce the <br />developable area of the site; <br /> <br />3. Mt. Ridge Road is an unimproved right-of-way which will not be <br />necessary in the future.
