<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that the bid of Jay Brothers, Inc., in the
<br />amount of $39,463, to reconstruct the sloping area just south ofthe path on
<br />the south side of Lake Bennett because of a major erosion problem, be approved.
<br />Monies for the project will be taken from the approved 1996 PIP. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that the Mayor and City Manager be
<br />authorized to sign a Subdivision Development Agreement between the City of
<br />Roseville and the developer of Tschida's Owasso Hills Fourth Addition, subject
<br />to review by the City Attorney. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Dennis Batty/Roseville Covenant
<br />Church request for preliminary and final plat approval, vacation of utility and
<br />walkway easements, and a 16-1/2 foot height variance from the R -1 Zoning
<br />District requirement of 30 feet for their building at 2865 Hamline Avenue North
<br />be continued to the regular City Council meeting of July 8, 1996. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9307, extending the review
<br />period for the Dennis Batty/Roseville Covenant Church request for preliminary
<br />and final plat approval, vacation of utility and walkway easements, and a 16-112
<br />foot height variance from the R-1 Zoning District requirement of 30 feet for their
<br />building at 2865 Hamline Avenue North for 60 days, consistent with Minnesota
<br />Statutes 15.99, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka, and
<br />Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that an ordinance amending the Roseville City
<br />Code providing for the public hearing of zoning related matters by amending
<br />Section 1015.03 be continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday,
<br />July 22, 1996. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka, and Wall. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that Nomatch, Inc., dba Green Mill
<br />Restaurant, request for endorsement to their On Sale Liquor License for the
<br />sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages outside of their licensed
<br />establishment at 145 Rosedale Center be approved in accordance with plans and
<br />specifications submitted. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka, and Wall.
