Roseville City Council Minutes June 25, 1996 G-4 Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that David Westlund's request for relocation of a dwelling unit from 2100 N. Snelling Avenue to 2961 Fairview Avenue be approved with the following conditions: 1. Compliance with building codes prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. 2. Construction of a driveway turnaround. 3. Satisfaction of outstanding assessments for storm sewer. 4. Written consent and approval of at least 50 percent of property owners within 250 feet of relocation. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None. G-5 Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that David Weyandt's request for division of platted lot, per survey dated May 16, 1996, at 982 W. County Road B be approved with the following conditions: 1. That back assessments of $1 ,546.74 for sanitary sewer, water main and storm sewer be paid; and 2. That any concrete curb and gutter that is removed along Burke Avenue be replaced per Roseville standards. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None. G-6 Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that Virginia Tuerk's request for preliminary and final plat approval (per dimensions of the May 10, 1996 drawing) at 2424 N. Dale Street be approved subject to park dedication fees being paid ($500 per lot for three lots). Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None. Wi ski moved, Maschka seconded, that the City Manager and Mayor be authorized to sign the final plat. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None. G-7 Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9308, approval of a Conditional Use Permit for Uno-Ven Company to construct a motor fuel station/convenience store at 2163 N.
