<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />June 25, 1996 <br /> <br />G-4 Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that David Westlund's request for <br />relocation of a dwelling unit from 2100 N. Snelling Avenue to 2961 Fairview <br />Avenue be approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. Compliance with building codes prior to the issuance of a Certificate <br />of Occupancy. <br /> <br />2. Construction of a driveway turnaround. <br /> <br />3. Satisfaction of outstanding assessments for storm sewer. <br /> <br />4. Written consent and approval of at least 50 percent of property owners <br />within 250 feet of relocation. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />G-5 <br /> <br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that David Weyandt's request for division of <br />platted lot, per survey dated May 16, 1996, at 982 W. County Road B be <br />approved with the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That back assessments of $1 ,546.74 for sanitary sewer, water main and <br />storm sewer be paid; and <br /> <br />2. That any concrete curb and gutter that is removed along Burke Avenue <br />be replaced per Roseville standards. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />G-6 <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that Virginia Tuerk's request for preliminary <br />and final plat approval (per dimensions of the May 10, 1996 drawing) at 2424 N. <br />Dale Street be approved subject to park dedication fees being paid ($500 per lot <br />for three lots). Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka, and Wall. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />Wi ski moved, Maschka seconded, that the City Manager and Mayor be <br />authorized to sign the final plat. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka, and <br />Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />G-7 Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9308, approval of a <br />Conditional Use Permit for Uno-Ven Company to construct a motor fuel <br />station/convenience store at 2163 N.
