<br />Wiski moved to amend Resolution 9308 to limit access to one entry point on
<br />County Road B, not less than 40' from Snelling Avenue, at a 36' width. Motion
<br />failed for lack of a second.
<br />
<br />Roll Call on the main motion: Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, and Wall. Nays:
<br />Wiski.
<br />
<br />The meeting was recessed at 9:30 p.m. for a 10 minute break.

<br />G-8 Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that a resolution approving Ryan RYAN
<br />Construction Company of Minnesota, Inc.'s request for a side corner parking CONSTRUC-
<br />setback variance of 40 feet at 2778 N. Cleveland Avenue for the construction TION
<br />of an office/warehouse facility be referred to the Planning Commission for review
<br />of the P.U.D. at their July 10, 1996 meeting. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski,
<br />Maschka, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />G-9 Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that Resolution 9309, approving Roseville's
<br />Livable Communities Action Plan as consistent with the current Roseville
<br />Comprehensive Plan and Livable Community Housing Goals, be adopted, and
<br />directing the City Manager to submit the Action Plan for review and acceptance
<br />by the Metropolitan Council. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka, and
<br />Wall. Nays: None.

<br />G-10 Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that the second reading of the ordinance
<br />amending the Roseville City Code, Chapters 1101 and 1103, to add minimum
<br />roadway standards, be established for the regular City Council meeting of
<br />Monday, July 8, 1996. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka, and Wall.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />H. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
<br />H-1 Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that an ordinance amending Chapter 302.3,
<br />paragraph C of the Roseville City Code, increasing liquor liability limits be
<br />continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, July 8, 1996, and
<br />license holders notified. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Wiski, Maschka, and Wall.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />K. OTHER BUSINESS
<br />K-1 Council Member Wiski stated that he would like the Standing Rules of
<br />Procedure put on the July 8, 1996 regular City Council meeting agenda to
<br />modify the Order of Business by moving Communications, Recognitions, and
<br />Public Comments closer to the beginning of the agenda.
