<br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />July 22, 1996 <br /> <br />H-2 <br /> <br />H-3 <br /> <br />H-4 <br /> <br />H-5 <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that an ordinance amending the Roseville <br />City Code providing public hearings for zoning related matters by amending <br />Section 1015.03 be continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, <br />August 26, 1996. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: <br />None. <br /> <br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that Eleanora Reisinger Estate's request <br />for a lot division at 1850 Chatsworth Street be approved subject to the applicant <br />paying a storm sewer assessment of $559.17. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, <br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />(Council Member Wi ski arrived during this portion of the meeting.) <br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9312, amendment to the <br />Roseville Comprehensive Land Use Guide Plan be adopted. The amendment <br />shall be submitted to the Metropolitan Council for review and comment. The <br />amendment includes: <br /> <br />1. A Master Buffer Plan as a standard set of screening and buffer measures <br />and implementation strategies to guide projects throughout the City. <br /> <br />2. Incorporates prototype screening and buffers along the common east/ <br />west property line of parcels and platted lots within an area bounded by <br />County Road C, Hamline Avenue, Rose Place, and Snelling Avenue. <br /> <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that Scott Wicklund's request to continue <br />the application for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a truck and trailer rental <br />business and a variance to the Zoning Code for outside storage at 1450 W. <br />County Road C to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, August 26, <br />1996, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, <br />and Wall. Nays: None. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that Resolution 9313, extending the 60 day <br />review period as provided for in Minnesota State Statute 15.99 for Scott <br />Wicklund's request for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a truck and trailer <br />rental business and variance to the Zoning Code for outside storage at 1450 W. <br />County Road C to September 24, 1996, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Maschka, <br />Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski, and Wall.
