<br />Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall. Members absent: None.

<br />B. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br />B-1 Wi ski moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of the regular meeting of MINUTES
<br />July 22, 1996, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke,
<br />and Wall. Nays: None.
<br />
<br />C. CONSENT AGENDA
<br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that the Consent Agenda, Items C-l through CONSENT
<br />C-7, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall. AGENDA
<br />Nays: None.
<br />
<br />C-l Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that James Severson's request for a four foot JAMES
<br />driveway side yard setback variance at 500 W. County Road B-2, to maintain the SEVERSON
<br />current location of his driveway and not have to remove an existing tree and bush,
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall.
<br />Nays: None.

<br />C-2 Maschka moved, Wi ski seconded, that Resolution 9315, receiving assessment
<br />rolls and setting the assessment hearing date for September 9, 1996 for 1995
<br />projects to be assessed, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />C-3 Maschka moved, Wi ski seconded, that the receipt and acceptance of the 1995 COMPRE-
<br />Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, including the financial audit completed HENSIVE
<br />by Eide Helmeke PLLP, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, REPORT
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that Resolution 9316, accepting the work
<br />completed under Project ST-95-07, American Legion Ponds off Victoria Street
<br />and County Road C, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka,
<br />Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that S1. Rose of Lima Church's application
<br />for Temporary On Sale Liquor Licenses for events to be held at 2048 Hamline
<br />Avenue on September 14 and 29, 1996, in conjunction with their parish festival,
<br />be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall.
<br />Nays: None.
