Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel and Goedeke. Nays: Wiski, Maschka, and Wall. <br />Motion failed. <br /> <br />GATEWAY <br />PROJECT <br /> <br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that staff develop steps and dates for adopting <br />the amended Tax Increment Finance Policy and consider developers' proposals <br />for the Gateway project. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall. <br />Nays: Mastel. <br /> <br />Council Member Maschka stated that he would like a discussion of Little <br />League put on the August 19, 1996 regular City Council work session agenda <br />if possible, and Northwest Youth & Family Services put on the September 16, <br />1996 regular City Council work session agenda. <br /> <br />AGENDA <br />ITEMS <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that the meeting be adjourned at 10:30 p.m. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall.
