<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that Dennis Batty/Roseville Covenant Church
<br />request for preliminary and final plat approval, vacation of utility and walkway
<br />easements, and a 16-112 foot height variance from the R -1 Zoning District
<br />requirement of 30 feet for their building at 2865 Hamline Avenue North, be
<br />continued to the regular City Council meeting of Monday, August 26, 1996.
<br />Landscape, screening, fencing plans, HV AC locations, and final grading plans
<br />were not submitted in time for staff review. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel,
<br />Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />structure is constructed within one (1) year.

<br />Maschka moved, Goedeke seconded, that Ordinance 1168, amending City Code
<br />Sections 501.05 and 701.03K relating to exemptions for service animals, be
<br />adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS
<br />Wiski moved, Mastel seconded, that an ordinance amending Chapter 302 of the
<br />City Code by increasing the insurance limits and providing coverage for
<br />pecuniary loss be continued to the regular City Council work session of Monday,
<br />October 14,1996, and the regular City Council meeting of Monday, October 21,
<br />1996. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Wiski moved, Mastel, seconded, that an ordinance amending Chapter 311 of
<br />the City Code regulating Pawn Brokers be continued to the regular City Council
<br />meeting of Monday, August 26, 1996 for the second reading. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Wiski, Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall. Nays: None.
